We Buy Lansing
We Buy Lansing is owned by Alex Craig. It is a Greater Lansing platform focused on direct property acquisition. It is not owned by Achieve Real Estate or Dave Hall. Direct acquisition and brokerage representation are different capacities. Transaction-specific interests and disclosures still apply.
Achieve Capital
Achieve Capital is owned by Alex Craig. It is an investment and acquisition project separate from the brokerage. Achieve Capital and Achieve Real Estate are separate. Achieve Capital is not owned by Achieve Real Estate or Dave Hall.
Michigan Horse Property
Michigan Horse Property is owned by Alex Craig. It focuses on Michigan horse and equestrian property. It is not owned by Achieve Real Estate or Dave Hall. Brokerage services provided by Alex are provided through Achieve Real Estate; the specialized project remains separate.

Dolinski Advisory is owned by Alex Craig. It is a separate advisory and educational platform. It is not Achieve Real Estate and is not owned by Achieve Real Estate or Dave Hall. Brokerage services, when provided by Alex, are provided separately through Achieve Real Estate.
The Same Person May Act in Different Capacities
Because Alex works in brokerage, investment, acquisition and education, the capacity in which he is acting matters.
As a real-estate salesperson
Alex provides brokerage representation through Achieve Real Estate.
As a business owner
Alex may operate an independent website, marketplace, advisory platform or real-estate business.
As a property buyer or investor
Alex or an entity in which he has an interest may sometimes have a financial interest in acquiring real estate.
As an educator or creator
Alex may publish educational information that does not itself create a brokerage relationship.
Holding a real-estate license does not make every activity of every Alex-owned business a brokerage service. When Alex provides brokerage representation, that relationship is through Achieve Real Estate.

When Alex has a financial interest
There may be situations in which Alex or a business in which he has an ownership interest could potentially purchase, sell, market or otherwise have a financial interest involving real property.
When a transaction creates a required ownership, license, agency or financial-interest disclosure, the appropriate transaction-specific disclosures should be provided. This page provides additional transparency. It does not replace disclosures required for a particular transaction.

Why Be This Specific?
Because transparency is easier when relationships are explained before they become relevant. Alex works across several parts of the real-estate market. Rather than leave consumers, clients, search engines or anyone else to guess how those businesses relate, this page states the relationships directly.
If two businesses are separate, we'll say they're separate. If Alex owns a business, we'll say he owns it. If brokerage services are provided through Achieve Real Estate, we'll say that too.
