About Alex Craig

I Don't Just Work in One Corner of Real Estate.

I'm a Michigan real estate professional affiliated with Achieve Real Estate. My work spans residential brokerage, investment property, acquisitions, rentals, property valuation, and specialized real-estate projects throughout Greater Lansing and Michigan.

That broader experience shapes how I represent buyers, sellers, and property owners today.

The Work

Real Estate Has Never Been Just One Job.

I entered real estate in 2017. Brokerage taught me how property trades: pricing, marketing, representation, negotiation, and closing.

My experience expanded into rental and investment property, acquisitions, property condition, valuation, and building real-estate businesses around specific audiences and problems.

My understanding of real estate did not stop at listing houses.

Why It Matters

More Context for the Transaction.

A property can be a home to one person, an investment to another, an estate asset to another, and an acquisition opportunity to someone else.

Working across those perspectives changes how I evaluate value, condition, marketability, buyer behavior, and the eventual exit.

Career Timeline

How the Work Expanded.

2017

Entered Real Estate

Began a Michigan real-estate career in residential brokerage.

Brokerage

Buyer & Seller Work

Built experience in pricing, property analysis, offers, listings, negotiation, and transaction execution.

Beyond Listings

Investment & Operations

Expanded into rental property, acquisitions, ownership, condition issues, and real-estate entrepreneurship.

Today

Achieve + Specialized Projects

Provides brokerage through Achieve Real Estate while building focused projects across the Michigan market.

The Core Difference

Real Estate Expertise Should Mean More Than Having a License.

A license allows someone to participate in the market. But property gets bought, financed, rented, improved, inherited, invested in, held, marketed, and sold again.

I've intentionally built projects around different parts of that lifecycle. The goal isn't to own a lot of websites. The goal is to understand the market from more angles.

The Projects

Different Parts of the Market Need Different Tools.

Each project goes deeper into a particular market, audience, or transaction type. Together, they create a broader view than brokerage alone.

Investment

Achieve Capital

Real-estate investment and acquisition activity connecting Alex to ownership, property evaluation, and investor behavior.

That experience provides another lens for value, condition, and buyer demand.

Direct Acquisition

We Buy Lansing

A separate Greater Lansing property-acquisition platform for homeowners considering a direct sale.

It creates practical experience with condition, distressed property, seller demand, and acquisitions.

Alternative Ownership

Lansing Rent to Own

A separate project focused on alternative paths to local homeownership and the owners and buyers those structures connect.

It adds context around housing demand and ownership paths without making Achieve a lender.

Specialized Real Estate

Michigan Horse Property

A focused project for Michigan horse and equestrian properties, where land, barns, pasture, and facilities shape the buyer decision.

It exists because specialized property should not always be marketed like a generic suburban house.

Advisory

Dolinski Advisory

A separate advisory platform focused on real-estate decisions surrounding probate, inherited homes, and major housing transitions.

Advisory work is separate. Brokerage services, when appropriate, are provided through Achieve Real Estate.

The Property Lifecycle

Real Estate Doesn't Begin or End With the Listing.

Find→Buy→Own→Improve→Rent / Use→Value→Sell→Next Owner

These are connected vantage points into one market. The more of the market you understand, the more context you bring to the transaction.

Real Work

The Work Matters More Than the Bio.

Beyond Real Estate

Real Estate Isn't the Only Work I've Done.

Alex's professional background includes Registered Nursing, Michigan Army National Guard service, foster parenting, entrepreneurship, and business ownership.

Different work. Different environments. A lot of responsibility.

How the Business Relationships Work

Different Projects. Different Roles.

Alex Craig is a Michigan real-estate professional affiliated with Achieve Real Estate. Brokerage services are provided through Achieve Real Estate.

Alex also develops and operates independent real-estate projects focused on different market segments. Those projects are not automatically brokerage services or subsidiaries of Achieve Real Estate.

The Point

The Projects Aren't the Point. The Perspective Is.

You probably do not care how many real-estate projects Alex works on. You care whether the experience makes him more useful when buying, selling, or evaluating property.

If You're Selling

More context around value, buyer types, investor demand, condition, positioning, and specialized marketing.

If You're Buying

More context around property evaluation, resale, rental and investment considerations, condition, and marketability.

If the Property Is Unusual

Deeper familiarity with estate, rental, horse, land, damaged, and other specialized property situations.

The more of the market you understand, the more context you bring to the transaction.
